Confidentiality Statement

 

The CalorieFinder Ltd will not disclose to any third party, details of any services provided to clients; details of work undertaken for clients, their recipes and food samples, and the results/reports of any client’s analysis or tests.

All staff members at The CalorieFinder Ltd are trained with the importance of client confidentiality.

The CalorieFinder Ltd agrees to hold confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets in trust and confidence and agrees that such information shall be used only for the contemplated client purposes, shall not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to a third party.

No copies will be made or retained of any written information supplied without the permission of the client.

At the conclusion of any discussions or upon demand of the client, any confidential information shall be returned to the client or destroyed.
